MahaDBT Freeship क्या है?
फ्रीशिप अलग-अलग डिपार्टमेंट के लिए दिया जाने वाला एक लाभ है जो Scholarship & Fellowship Category मे आता है.
इस आर्टिकल मे free ship का मतलब है रेगुलर कोर्स के लिए जो छात्रव्रुत्ती लाभ दिया जाता है उस लाभ के लिए रखी गयी इनकम लिमिट से ज्यादा आय होने पर जो लाभ दिया जाता है उसी लाभ को Free ship कहा जाता है.
अभी जैसे अगर कोई आवेदक स्कॉलरशिप योजना के लिए आवेदन करना चाहे और उसकी सालाना Income रूपए 1 लाख से ज्यादा है तो वह इस योजना के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर सकता क्योकि मर्यादा एक लाख रखी गयी है.
लेकिन अगर वही सालाना इनकम रूपये 1 लाख से ज्यादा और 8 लाख के भीतर है तो उन्हे Freeship Scheme के लिए एप्लीकेशन करने पर लाभ दिया जाता है जिसमे OBC Candidates के लिए Tuition Fees, Exam Fees आदि के लिए 50% लाभ और SC, ST, NT, SBC Students के लिए ट्यूशन फी और एग्जाम मे के लिए 100% Free ship benefits दिए जाते है.

OBC Freeship Benefits.
1) सभी प्रकार की अनिवार्य फीस जैसे ट्यूशन फीस, परीक्षा फीस और अन्य स्वीकार्य शुल्क लाभ राज्य सरकार के द्वारा आवेदक की पढाई मे रुची और पैसो के चिंता दूर करने की लिए प्रतिपूर्ति की जाती है.
राज्य शासन के 12 मार्च 2007 के प्रस्ताव के अनुसार आवेदक जिन्हें Centralized Admission Process (Cap) के माध्यम से Professional Courses के लिए प्रवेश दिया गया है तथा Govt. approved private non-aided और permanently non granted colleges जिनकी कोर्स फी शिक्षा शुल्क समिति द्वारा Approved हो उन्हे 50% Tuition Fee और Examination Fees का भुगतान दिया जाता है.
2) ट्यूशन फीस और परीक्षा शुल्क आवेदकों को 100% भुगतान किया जाता है और OBC उमीदवारो को 50% लाभ दिए जाते है जो पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों में सरकारी / सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त संस्थानों में पढ़ रहे हैं।
3) पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों में Non-government/unaided institutions में पढ़ रहे आवेदकों को शिक्षण शुल्क और परीक्षा शुल्क का 50% भुगतान किया जाता है.
4) ध्यान रहेउन आवेदकों को जो प्रोफेशनल पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए Deemed University में प्रवेश लेता है उन्हे Freeship का लाभ नहीं मिलेगा.
5) आवेदन की कोर्स प्रारंभ तिथि जब आवेदक किसी कॉलेज / संस्थान में प्रवेश लेता है और आवेदन की समाप्ति तिथि परीक्षा की अंतिम तिथि पर निर्भर करती है याने (10 महीने के लिए – यह प्रत्येक शैक्षणिक वर्ष में Course Admission Date के अनुसार अलग-अलग होगा)
6) निजी गैर-सहायता प्राप्त संस्थानों में पढ़ रहे ओबीसी आवेदकों के लिए, सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त संस्थानों की Fees Structure केवल गैर-व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों (शिक्षण शुल्क, परीक्षा शुल्क और अन्य शुल्क) के लिए लागू होगी.

Post Matric OBC Freeship 2023 Eligibility Criteria.
हर योजना के लिए लाभ पाने के लिए आवेदक को पहले पात्रता मापदंडो को समजना जरुरी है. अगर इन्हें ध्यानपूर्वक समझ लिया जाये तो एक सफल Freeship Application करने मे सहायता मिलती है.
ओबीसी स्कॉलरशिप के लिए पात्रता मानदंड.
- आवेदक पोस्ट मैट्रिक शिक्षा लेना चाहिए.
- माता-पिता की वार्षिक आय 1.00 लाख से 8.00 लाख या उसके बराबर होनी चाहिए.
- आवेदक ओबीसी श्रेणी से संबंधित होना चाहिए.
- आवेदकों को पोस्ट-मैट्रिक कोर्स से सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित शिक्षा पाठ्यक्रम का पालन करना होगा.
- आवेदकों को महाराष्ट्र के निवासी होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक को सरकारी सहायता प्राप्त / निजी गैर-सहायता प्राप्त / निजी स्थायी रूप से गैर-सहायता प्राप्त पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश लेना होगा.
- Health Science मे Degree Course (चिकित्सा, चिकित्सकीय, होम्योपैथी, यूनानी, आयुर्वेद, फिजियोथेरेपी, व्यापार सहायता, नर्सिंग) अगर आवेदक को यूनिडेड प्राइवेट मेडिकल एंड डेंटल कॉलेजों के प्रबंधन एसोसिएशन के माध्यम से भर्ती कराया जाता है, प्रवेश परीक्षा या सरकारी आम प्रवेश परीक्षा के माध्यम से भर्ती कराया जाता है तो वह OBC Freeship के लिए पात्र होगा।
- उच्च और तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग: Freeship योजना unaided colleges / government and aided colleges with technical education / Polytechnic and government unaided professional courses पर लागू रहेगी.

- कृषि, पशुपालन और डेयरी विकास और मत्स्यपालन विभाग: छात्रवृत्ति शुल्क उन आवेदकों पर लागू होगी जिन्हें निजी सहायता प्राप्त / स्थायी रूप से सहायता प्राप्त संस्थान में सरकारी कोटा के माध्यम से भर्ती कराया गया है.
- > कृषि कॉलेज (डिप्लोमा).
- > डेयरी बिजनेस डिपार्टमेंट (डिप्लोमा).

Free ship Scheme Eligibility & Benefits.
- बीएड और डी.एड पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए- Freeship लाभ 100% दिया जाता है (शिक्षण शुल्क, परीक्षा शुल्क) यह सिर्फ D.ed, B.ed Courses के लिए लागू है. एडेड में अध्ययन करने वाले छात्रों के लिए, डीएड, बीएड पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए अप्रयुक्त, फिर शुल्क संरचना उसी पाठ्यक्रम के लिए सरकारी दरों के अनुसार लागू होती है.
- पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए आवेदक को Centralized Admission Process दौर के माध्यम से प्रवेशित होना चाहिए.
- यदि आवेदक विशेष वर्ष में विफल रहता है तो उसे उस विशेष Academic Year के शिक्षण शुल्क और परीक्षा शुल्क मिलेगा, लेकिन उसे तब तक लाभ नहीं मिलेगा जब तक उसे अगली उच्च श्रेणी में पदोन्नत नहीं किया जाता है.
- आवेदक OBC Freeship के लिए पात्र होगा यदि वह Non – Professional to Professional बदलता है लेकिन वह उस समय योग्य नहीं होगा जब वह व्यावसायिक से Professional to Non-Professional के लिए बदलता है.
- यदि 2023-2024 के लिए निजी सहायता प्राप्त / स्थायी रूप से एक सहायता प्राप्त संस्थान में भर्ती पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रम का पालन करने वाला आवेदक विशेष अकादमिक इयर पाठ्यक्रम अवधि में दो या दो बार से ज्यादा परीक्षा में विफल रहता है तो वह Freeship के लिए योग्य नहीं रहेगा.
- आवेदक विशेष पेशेवर / गैर पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रम में पढ़ रहे हैं, और शैक्षणिक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए छात्रवृत्ति / Freeship के लाभ प्राप्त करते हैं और यदि वह अकादमिक वर्षों के बीच अपने मौजूदा व्यावसायिक / गैर-पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रम को बदलना चाहता है तो वह नहीं हो सकता. यह आनेवाले आगे के पाठ्यक्रम के लिए दिए जाने वाले Free ship /Scholarship के लिए पात्र रहेगा.
- छात्रवृत्ति / Freeship तब तक जारी रहेगी जब तक कि आवेदक एक कोर्स को पूरा नहीं कर लेता है. जैसे 1th, 12th Arts – B.A., M.A. , M.Phil., P.HD. अगर, आवेदक ने BA और Bed कोर्स पूरा किया और बाद में MA Course के लिए प्रवेश लेता है और एडमिशन लेने के बाद scholarship / free ship के अप्लाई करना चाहता है तो उसके लिए लाभ नहीं दिए जायेंगे, लेकिन MBA कोर्स में प्रवेश लेने के बाद, बीएड के बाद, यह फ्रीशिप लब्ध योग्य हो सकता है क्योंकि यह कोर्स एक professional postgraduate course की श्रेणी मे आता है.
Freeship Renewal Policy Details.
Freeship Renewal तब करना होता है जब एक से ज्यादा वर्ष के Course के लिए प्रवेश लिया जाता है. जैसा की हमने ऊपर भी बताया है हर एक कोर्स जो एक वर्ष से ज्यादा चलता हो उसके लिए हर नए सेमेस्टर और वर्ष के लिए फ्रीशिप लाभ पाने के लिए आवेदक को आवेदन करना अनिवार्य होता है.
- आवेदक को पिछले साल की मार्कशीट प्रदान करने की आवश्यकता है.
- एक समय में आवेदक केवल एक अकादमिक पाठ्यक्रम के लिए OBC Freeship Application कर सकता है और यह तब तक ही लागू रहेगा जब तक कि वह दिए गए समय पर educational course को पूरा नहीं कर लेता है.
- आवेदक को particular educational course के प्रत्येक वर्ष मे online freeship apply करने की आवश्यकता है (किसी विशेष वर्ष में विफल होने पर उस वर्ष के लिए ट्यूशन फी और परीक्षा शुल्क की प्रतिपूर्ति प्रधान नहीं की जाएगी).
- आवेदक 2 से अधिक पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों मे प्रवेश लेता है तो वह Freeship नहीं ले सकता है.
- यदि किसी भी medical condition के कारण या किसी unforeseeable event के कारण आवेदक annual examination में शामिल नहीं हो सका, तो कॉलेज के Principal स्वीकृति दे सकते है या प्रमाणित कर सकते है कि यदि आवेदक वार्षिक परीक्षा में उपस्थित होता, तो वह सक्षम होता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने के लिए. अगर संस्थान का प्रमुख medical proof जमा करने या किसी अन्य आवश्यक पर्याप्त सबूत को प्रस्तुत करने से संतुष्ट होता है तो आवेदक कॉलेज को प्रस्तुत करके Freeship लाभ ले सकता है.

VJNT, SBC, OBC Freeship 2023 Documents Required.
खास करके Freeship Scheme का लाभ पाने के लिए दस्तावेज की जानकारी आवेदक को लेनी चाहिए. हर योजना के लिए Conditions रखी गयी है. हर स्टेप की कंडीशन छात्र को पूरी करनी होगी.
उसी प्रकार फ्रीशिप के लिए लगने वाली दस्तावेज सूची आपको जरुर देखनी चाहिए जिससे आवेदन सबमिट करने पर फ्रीशिप एप्लीकेशन के साथ मे संस्थान मे Freeship Form Last Date निकलने से पहले Submit किया जा सके.
- कॉलेज छोड़ने का दाखला (College Leaving Certificate).
- महाराष्ट्र अधिवास प्रमाणपत्र (Domicile Certificate).
- जाति प्रमाणपत्र (Caste Certificate) जो एक सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किया जाना चाहिए.
- आय प्रमाण पत्र (Income Certificate) जो एक सक्षम प्राधिकारी जैसे Tahsildar, Sub Divisional Officer द्वारा ही जारी किया जाना चाहिए.
- यदि लागू होता है पिता मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र और माता का इनकम सर्टिफिकेट.
- एस.एस.सी. एचएससी और अंतिम वर्ष की मार्कशीट.
- गैप प्रमाणपत्र जहापर अनिवार्य है (अगर शिक्षा में अंतराल है तो उस मामले में Gap Certificate यह अनिवार्य है).
- बच्चों के लाभार्थियों की संख्या के बारे में माता-पिता / अभिभावकों का घोषणापत्र. (Family Beneficiary Certificate)
- परिवार में बच्चों की संख्या की पहचान के लिए राशन कार्ड।
- कैप अलोटमेंट लेटर (सिर्फ व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए).
- जाति वैधता प्रमाणपत्र (Caste Validity Certificate) (पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों के लिए 31 जुलाई 2008 को जीआर के अनुसार) जिन पेशेवर पाठ्यक्रमों की पहचान की छूट दी गई.

Step 1.
- सबसे पहले mahadbt.maharashtra.gov.in इस वेबसाइट पर विजिट कीजिये.
- Freeship New Registration करके एक नया Mahadbt Login बनाइये.
- Mahadbt User ID और Password बनने पर फिर से ऊपर दी गयी लिंक पर विजिट कीजिये.
- Mahadbt Scholarship Login कीजिये.
- लोग इन हो जाने पर अपनी Complete Profile Details भरिये.

Step 2.
- All Schemes पर क्लिक कीजिये जो लॉग इन डैशबोर्ड के दाई और दिखाई देगी.

- VJNT छात्र Tuition Fees and Examination Fees to VJNT Students इस freeship Scheme का चुनाव करे.
- अब Search ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करके आगे बढे.
- इमेज मे दिखाए अनुसार Take Action पर क्लिक करना होगा.
Step 3.
- इस स्टेप में Renewal इसमे वर्ष 2023 के लिए “Yes” Or “No” करिए.
- Declaration certificate अपलोड कीजिये.
- Leaving Certificate Upload करिए.
- Ration card को अपलोड करिए.
- कैप अलोटमेंट लेटर को अपलोड कीजिये (अगर प्रेफेशनल कौसे है तो).
- Cast Validity Certificate अपलोड करिए (जिन courses के लिए आवश्यक है).
- अब Save पर क्लिक करके आगे बढिए.
- अंतिम स्टेप में Submit बटन पर क्लिक करके आपके VJNT, SBC, OBC Freeship 20120-21 जो लागु है अपने संस्थान की तरफ Forward कर दीजिये.
इस प्रकार से एन टी, एस बी सी, ओ बी सी छात्र GOI Post Matric OBC Freeship Scheme 2023-24 के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है. इसी प्रकार SC Freeship 2023 एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म अप्लाई करना होता है.
